1. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally empowered to bind your organisation. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and informing us of unauthorised activity.

These terms govern access to ZeroBldgDesignDB platforms, resources, and advisory engagements. By using our services you agree to comply with all clauses below and any related policies.
2. Acceptable use
Use our resources solely for legitimate planning, design, and education purposes. No scraping, reverse engineering, resale, or creation of derivative competing products without written approval.
3. Intellectual property
We retain ownership over our content, methodologies, and software. Licensed materials are non-transferable and may be used only within the scope agreed in writing. Client-supplied data remains client property.
4. Payment & renewals
Consulting, cohort programs, or premium tools are invoiced as specified in relevant order forms. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur a 1% monthly fee.
5. Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information using appropriate safeguards and only disclose it to personnel with a need-to-know. Obligations survive for five years after engagement.
6. Disclaimers
All resources are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee regulatory approvals or third-party behaviour. Users must verify compliance and suitability for specific projects.
7. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days’ notice or immediately if the other materially breaches and fails to cure within 14 days. Post-termination, access ceases and confidential materials must be returned or destroyed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore, in English.
Questions or amendments
We periodically update these terms to reflect product enhancements and regulatory changes. We will notify account owners via email or in-product notices before material updates take effect.
